Well we survived the first week back at school (well my husband is back at school, I'm back working at the school) and have started figuring out what our weekly routine might be this quarter. I learned that both Monday and Thursday need to be crock pot nights--we're both on campus til 6 those nights and we're hungry, tired, and not in the mood to cook a full meal when we get home. So those nights dinner will be started in the morning and simply enjoyed when we arrive home :) Enjoy the recipes!
