I am loving this new way of eating! Granted, I've completely forgotten a few times that I'm not supposed to be eating meat and will randomly find myself with a meatball on my plate at a party, but for the most part we've both done really well and have enjoyed trying some new things. haha ... I went downstairs one morning and started making coffee... half way through I remembered my lent offering and almost cried. LOL
