An LA Evening

Sunday night a few of us went downtown to the LA Shakespeare Company's performance of The Taming of the Shrew, which was awesome :) It was performed outside the huge cathedral in LA, and done "LA Style" (in complete Shakespearian language with random references to Malibu, surfing, El Pollo Loco, and LA traffic). We took the metro down, grabbed subway for dinner and enjoyed an evening outside. I was reminded once again how much I love Shakespeare once I get re-acclamated to the language, and I got to spend an evening with a few friends I don't get to see nearly enough these days (thanks to everyone's random summer travel schedule....)
